Second Announcement (29 September, 2021)
Important..
With consideration to the development regarding the rapid transmission rate of the SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV-2 variant B117 Virus at a relatively short time, the National Task Force for COVID-19 Handling has issued the Circular Letter Number 2 Year 2021, with the following Health Protocol: | ||
1. | All foreign nationals who are traveling from abroad countries and entering Indonesia, either through direct flight or transit flight, are temporarily prohibited to enter Indonesia, with exception towards diplomatic visa and official/service holders who are traveling to Indonesia for the purpose of official ministerial visit or higher, with very strict health protocols. | |
2. | The following foreignnationals who are traveling from abroad are exempted from the entry prohibition into Indonesia: |
|
a. | Holders of diplomatic and official/service stay permit; and | |
b. | Holders of Indonesia Temporary Residence Card (KITAS) and Indonesia Permanent Residence Card (KITAP). | |
c. | Foreign nationals due to special discretion and provided with written permission from relevant Indonesian government institutions. |
|
3. | Foreign nationals, either directly or in transit from a foreign country, must show a negative result through the RT-PCR test from samples taken up to 3 x 24 hours prior the time of departure from country of origin and be attached to the time of the Indonesian international health examination or e-HAC. This provision also applies to all Indonesian citizens traveling abroad. | |
4. | Upon arrival, foreign nationals are required to re-take a RT-PCR test and undergo 5 days of mandatory quarantine at their own expense in the designated hotels which have received certification from the Ministry of Health related to the implementation of COVID-19. | |
5 | Foreign nationals showing positive result after the RT-PCR test shall be treated at the hospital appointed for foreign nationals at their own expense; |
|
6 | After undergoing the 5-day mandatory quarantine, foreign nationals shall retake another RT-PCR test: | |
a. | If the test shows negative result, foreign nationals are allowed to continue to their final destination; and | |
b. | If the test shows positive result, the foreign nationals shall be treated at the hospital appointed for foreign nationals at their own expense. |

ABSTRACT ANNOUNECEMENT – The Scientific Committee have completed their evaluations and communicated their decisions to participants who submitted abstracts for SEAVEG 2021, on line and off line event in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
For the results, please check your abstract submission status by login to your personal page on SEAVEG Conference System with the same username and password you used when you submitted your abstract.
If the status appears as “accepted” you can proceed to complete your payment as well as download the LoA. If you don’t see that, it has most likely not been accepted.

International Symposium 2021 – Southeast Asia Vegetable
SEAVEG 2021 will take place from 18-20 November 2021 at the Ambarrukmo Hotel, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. SEAVEG 2021 is organized by Southeast Asia Vegetable (SEAVEG) and Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Extension and Human Resources Development (IAAEHRD), along with Vegetable Science International Network (VEGINET) and World Vegetable Center.
